With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Patrick has established himself as a seasoned expert known for his versatility, leadership, and ability to navigate complex projects with ease. His diverse background allows him to engage effectively with all stakeholders and bring a well-rounded perspective to every project he leads. Patrick has a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-end builds with precision and excellence.

His journey began with a carpenter’s apprenticeship, laying a strong foundation in hands-on craftsmanship. He further advanced his expertise through formal studies in Construction Management, Project Management, and Furniture Manufacturing. Over the years, Patrick has held key roles including Lead Carpenter, Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Senior Project Manager.

A long-time advocate of sustainable and high performance building, Patrick has been a certified Passive House builder since 2012 and is a member of Passive House Rhode Island.

A Certified Passive House Builder with 20 years of industry experience, Christopher offers a wealth of knowledge in high-performance construction. He began his career as a carpenter and steadily progressed through the ranks to superintendent and project manager. Prior to joining Halmac Construction, he held a senior role at a general contracting firm in New York City, where he specialized in high-end residential and Passive House projects.

With extensive field experience in project planning, logistics, scheduling, and execution, Christopher is known for his effective management across all phases of construction. His collaborative approach with project teams, clients, and design professionals has contributed to a strong record of successful project delivery.

Christopher’s commitment to quality control and job site safety, combined with his high standards and practical mindset, plays a key role in Halmac’s ability to deliver projects to the highest standards.
