Patrick O’Halloran

Over the past 20+ years, Patrick has become an expert in the field of construction.  His multifaceted experience has given him the ability to see through many lenses and relate to all parties involved in any given project. Patrick has a proven track record in leading large scale, high end projects to a successful completion. 

Patrick’s journey began with a carpenter’s apprenticeship. He then went on to study Construction Management, Project Management and Furniture manufacturing. He has fulfilled a number of roles including Lead Carpenter, Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Senior Project Manager.  

Passive House Building has been a long time passion of Patrick’s, after a colleague in Ireland sparked his interests. After becoming certified (2012) through the first course ever offered in NYC, Patrick has been heavily involved in the NYC Passive House movement. He has a passion for green building and is excited by the trends taking shape within the industry.

Christopher Mc Breen

Partner

Christopher has 14 years experience in the construction industry. Starting as an apprentice carpenter, before moving up the ranks to crew leader, superintendent and project manager. Prior to Halmac Construction, Christopher held a senior position with a General Contracting company in NYC specializing in high end residential and Passive House construction. 

With extensive field experience in project planning, logistics, scheduling and execution, his effective management methods for all phases of the construction process as well as his collaborative approach with project team members, clients and design professionals has resulted in a long track record of proven success.

Christopher’s high standards and detailed approach to quality control and project site safety, combined with his practical nature contributes significantly to Halmac’s successful completion of all projects.
